We use personal data to provide the analytics platform, process requests, contact users, secure accounts, send requested notifications, improve the service and comply with legal obligations.

The platform itself is free and does not process online payments. Commercial terms for vehicle purchase, export, delivery or customs clearance are agreed separately outside the platform.

If you submit a request, we may share the request details with an independent manager or partner so they can contact you and handle vehicle search, export, delivery or customs clearance separately.

Those services are not automatically concluded through this website. They may be subject to separate agreements, prices, terms and privacy practices.

We may use infrastructure and service providers such as Railway, Neon, Upstash Redis, Resend, Apify, AUTO.RIA, Plausible, Sentry, Cloudflare and Cloudflare R2. They process data only as needed to operate, secure, host, analyse or support the platform.

We use necessary cookies and local storage for authentication, locale, display currency and security. We may use privacy-focused analytics to understand traffic and improve the service.

If marketing cookies or advertising pixels are added later, we will update this policy and add a consent mechanism where required.

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data by emailing support@carvello-scout.com.

Account deletion archives the account for up to 3 months before permanent deletion, unless longer retention is required for security, legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution reasons.
